Travel Bill Maker ("the App") is an invoice generator for tour & travel businesses, published by GoTrip Journeys. This policy explains what data the App handles and how.

1. Data stored on your device

All invoices, customer details, saved routes, and business profile information you enter are stored locally on your device. The App works fully offline; you can use it without creating an account.

2. Data collected when you sign in (optional)

If you choose to sign in with Google to enable cloud backup, we collect and store:

• Google account basics — your name, email address, and profile picture, provided by Google Sign-In (via Firebase Authentication).
• Your app data — business profile, invoices/bills, customers, and saved routes, synced to Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore) so you can restore them on another device.

Your synced data is private to your account. Firestore security rules ensure only you can read or write your own data.

3. Payments

Pro subscription payments are made directly through your own UPI app (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.). The App never sees, collects, or stores your bank, card, or UPI credentials. Invoice payments from your customers happen entirely outside the App.

4. What we do NOT collect

• No location tracking
• No contacts, SMS, or call-log access
• No advertising identifiers — the App shows no third-party ads
• No selling or sharing of your data with third parties

5. Third-party services

The App uses Google Firebase (Authentication and Cloud Firestore) for optional sign-in and cloud backup. Firebase's handling of data is described in the Firebase Privacy documentation.

6. Data deletion

You can delete all local data by clearing the App's storage or uninstalling it. To delete your cloud-synced data and account, email us at the address below from your registered Google account and we will remove it within 30 days.

7. Children

The App is a business tool and is not directed at children under 13.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this URL.
